FROZEN FRUIT ICE CREAM

Use a juicer with a special attachment for making ice cream.  Use any fruits you like.

Frozen bananas are a definite must because they add to the creaminess of the ice cream. Peel the bananas; wrap each one in cellophane and place in the freezer overnight.  Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches and mangos are also excellent and can be purchased frozen or you can freeze fresh fruit yourself overnight.  The trick is to put in 1/2 of a banana each time a small amount of other fruits are added during the making of the ice cream.
