TERMS OF SERVICE
All sales from the natural pharmacy, homeopathic kits, sprouting seeds and books are final. On these particular products, we accept no returns and issue no refunds. We do this to ensure that you are receiving the freshest, safest and highest quality products available.
Regarding health appliances, should you change your mind about keeping unopened resalable product, you must return it within 21 days at your expense. Once we have received and inspected the product, a refund credit or exchange less a 30% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges will be applied to your account. Prior to returning the product, telephone or e-mail our office in order to receive a return authorization number.
If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of your delivery agent at once and save all packaging material. Immediately contact Naturally Empowered Inc. so that we may handle this matter.
If you have an unclaimed parcel that is returned to Naturally Empowered Inc., you will incur a 30% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.

Naturally Empowered Inc. accepts both VISA and MASTERCARD on our secure server, or by telephone or fax to 1-888-887-8822 or 1-250-847-0144.
Your credit card information is protected to the highest levels and your personal information will never be sold or administered to any third party.
We do not charge taxes to U.S. customers. GST is charged to Canadian customers. PST is only applied to health appliances for B.C. residents. PST is not applied to nutritional supplements, homeopathic kits, sprouting seeds or books.
